This service is for vulnerable people who require housing-related support to live independently. It is specifically for people who are not already linked to statutory services (e.g. receiving support from social services) but need extra help to remain in their own home.

Tailor Made Support

Our Tailor Made service provides a personalised package of support to improve people’s independence and quality of life. We can offer this service to most vulnerable people. The first step is to understand what the individual’s needs are and then to put together an agreed support package. Anyone can ask for our support from this service and can either self-fund or use a personal care budget. We can often help people to apply for a personal budget.
